Independent
by design.
Miktriki is an Australian independent project platform for bringing research, systems thinking and practical ambition into the same room.
Good ideas deserve
more than applause.
Some of the problems worth solving are too interconnected to belong to any one profession. Energy systems shape industry. Climate affects infrastructure. Technology changes what becomes possible. Policy decides what gets built.
Miktriki is a space to follow those connections, challenge assumptions and make the thinking useful. Not every concept will work. That is part of the point.
Ambition,
with standards.
- 01
Stay grounded.
Use evidence, maths and transparent assumptions. A confident claim should withstand a second look.
- 02
Think in systems.
Trace the downstream effects, the trade-offs and the connections conventional categories miss.
- 03
Build and retest.
Prefer work that can be examined, repeated and improved in the real world.
- 04
Keep it independent.
Make room for curiosity, productive disagreement and decisions that follow the evidence.
A platform
in motion.
The research and designs here represent work at different stages, from initial questions to practical prototypes. Miktriki does not claim they are established commercial services or completed infrastructure.
The aim is to show thoughtful work as it develops—and remain open about what is known, what is conjecture and what still needs testing.
